Breakout
Our first project was a simple port of the classic "Breakout" game to the TRAQ 3D (Trazer) platform. Our take on the game is hardly innovative from a design perspective, but the game takes full advantage of the Trazer's features. Players control the paddle by moving their bodies left or right in front of the screen instead of using a keyboard or joystick, and as the ball gets faster, the game can be quite a workout. Apart from the traditional formula of balls and bricks, our version of Breakout has a few "special blocks" that affect gameplay in various ways.
